SYRIA, Coele-Syria. Damascus. temp. Augustus. 27 BC-AD 14. Æ (24mm, 15.34 g, 1h). Dated CY 309 (4/3 BC). Turreted head of Tyche right / Tyche standing left, holding rudder and cornucopia; ΘT (date) to left; all within wreath. De Saulcy –; RPC I 4792; DCA 504. VF, brown surfaces with bare metal partially exposed, obverse off center and with some scratches. Rare year for type, only two cited in RPC.
